The Chief Operating Officer at Openly, Chris originally joined the company in 2018 as the VP of Agent Engagement. As Chief Operating Officer, Chris oversees the insurance operations, which include, sales, agent experience, claims and marketing.
Prior to joining Openly, Chris spent 13 years at Liberty Mutual, both in the US and internationally. In his last role, he was the VP of Global Claims Excellence, leading a team of claims experts that partnered with local country operations to optimize their claims experience.
Chris currently lives in Boston with his wife and two sons and is a passionate runner and golfer.
