Penn Chou

Penn leads the insurance product research and predictive modeling efforts at Openly.

Prior to joining Openly, Penn led predictive analytics teams in business operations and marketing at DraftKings.  He began his career at Liberty Mutual driving insurance pricing innovation across various personal and commercial lines products at Liberty, and building a predictive analytics team within the people operations organization.

Penn has been a fully credentialed actuary (FCAS) since 2013, and holds a BS in mathematics and business from the University of Michigan.  He currently lives in metro-Boston with his wife and their two lovely cats, is an avid musician, and is always down to chat math (especially when it's about music).
